Serynn is in development. The employer and reference-route check is going into controlled testing this autumn, with early pilots to follow.

Who we want to hear from

Join the conversation early.

We would like to hear from background screening providers, employers with significant screening requirements, ATS and HR technology providers, recruiters, fraud and risk professionals and relevant industry experts.

The purpose of the pilot

Test before we claim

The pilots will test the employer and reference-route checks, the document assessment and the review path for uncertain cases. We will examine false positives and false negatives, test explainability and identify where human review remains essential.

We will use what we learn to improve usability and challenge our assumptions before any wider commercial release. We will agree the scope and suitability of each pilot together before testing begins.

How we'll test

We will work with selected organisations to compare source and document findings with established human routes, review evidence quality and understand where the technology genuinely adds value.

Challenge our assumptions

We are looking for honest, constructive feedback on accuracy, consistency, explainability, evidence quality and the places where human judgement must remain in control.
